Our team
The Governance & Compliance (“G&C”) Team’s remit is across the firm’s UK, Europe, Asia and Middle East offices, supporting business, legal and other colleagues. They are responsible for the firm’s regulatory and legal compliance, for its contracts with clients and suppliers, for new business intake and conflict management, for ISO 9001 accreditation, for its insurance arrangements and for handling claims.
The Contracts & Commercial team sits within G&C. It is responsible for the firm’s contractual arrangements with clients, external suppliers and third parties, together with support to strategic projects and initiatives. The team works closely with all other parts of G&C, the legal teams within each Practice Group and all other parts of the International Operations teams (IT, Finance, HR, Workplace, BD & Marketing and Communications & Brand).
Role and key responsibilities
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, high-performing candidate with a genuine interest in contracts and commercial work.

Strategic projects may include things like developing new systems and processes, or supporting our international expansion by assisting with due diligence on new office openings.
This is a high profile role and you will have considerable interaction with legal advisers and colleagues at all levels, including senior management.
We are a supportive team and work closely together, and you will also benefit from being able to draw on the expertise of our lawyers from across the business when required.
