Our team

 

The Employment team in London is ranked Band 2 in Chambers UK for Employment Law and recognised for it’s work with financial institutions, media organisations and multinational corporates on complex disputes, investigations and strategy advisory matters. The team is known for it’s collaborative approach, technical excellence and ability to deliver pragmatic, commercially focussed advise. Whether advising on sensitive litigation, cross-border employment issues or regulatory compliance, our lawyers are trusted by clients to navigate the most challenging employment law matters.

 

Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting a Senior Associate to join our London team.

 

Role and key responsibilities

 

Daily duties will include:

 

  • Providing pragmatic and commercial advice on a broad range of employment matters including global projects, sensitive investigations, complex litigation, strategic advisory work and policy development.
  • Advising clients across all sectors but with an emphasis on the financial services and TMT sectors. 
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide joined up advice across practices and jurisdictions. 
  • Acting as a key client contact; building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Participating in business development activity.
  • Contributing to team development and knowledge sharing. 

 

Skills and experience

 

We are looking for:

 

  • At least 5 years’ post qualification experience.
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • Proactive, collaborative approach.
  • Commercial mindset.
  • Sector experience in financial services or TMT is desirable.
