About Konexo
- Konexo was developed in 2011 by global law firm Eversheds Sutherland. As pioneers in alternative legal service provision, Konexo provides an extended range of legal and compliance services – all supported by advanced technology, smart systems, and bright minds. We work extremely closely with our Financial Services lawyers, identifying, pitching for and winning new client mandates to support firms that are either proactively enhancing their internal compliance systems and controls or reacting to regulatory scrutiny through thematic reviews or enhanced supervision.
- Our Financial Services consultancy supports leading banks, fintechs, asset managers and insurance firms with specialist regulatory, compliance and operational resourcing solutions.
The Opportunity
- We’re looking for an experienced Resourcer with a background in Financial Services recruitment, ideally within Compliance, Financial Crime, AML, KYC or broader operational roles. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the heart of a high‑performing consultancy, supporting the full contractor recruitment lifecycle and building specialist talent pipelines within complex, in‑demand markets.
- You’ll partner closely with consultants and stakeholders to identify, engage and manage high‑quality contractor talent, operating in a fast‑paced but highly collaborative environment. With exposure to top‑tier Financial Services clients, this role offers real variety, responsibility and the chance to deepen your market expertise.
- You’ll be supported by a collegiate, experienced team and benefit from the backing and credibility of a global professional services firm. For someone organised, proactive and confident in building trusted relationships, this role offers genuine scope to grow your career within a respected and well‑established FS consultancy.
