About Konexo

Konexo was developed in 2011 by global law firm Eversheds Sutherland. As pioneers in alternative legal service provision, Konexo provides an extended range of legal and compliance services – all supported by advanced technology, smart systems, and bright minds. We work extremely closely with our Financial Services lawyers, identifying, pitching for and winning new client mandates to support firms that are either proactively enhancing their internal compliance systems and controls or reacting to regulatory scrutiny through thematic reviews or enhanced supervision.

Our Financial Services consultancy supports leading banks, fintechs, asset managers and insurance firms with specialist regulatory, compliance and operational resourcing solutions.

The Opportunity
We’re looking to recruit two Consultant to join our growing team. You will be working as part of a high-performing team, delivering advisory work and supporting large scale regulatory and transformation programmes for financial services clients. We are looking for collaborative, highly motivated individuals who want to help grow the business and their careers.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Programme Support

• Provide advice on financial crime and conduct engagements, remediation programmes and regulatory change initiatives
• Produce high quality client deliverables that are clear, accurate and tailored to client needs
• Identifying risks, dependencies and controls within programmes
• Use technology and data tools to support analysis, delivery and reporting
• Adapt to different client environments and ways of working

 Business Development & Market Engagement

• Support proposal development and client pitches.
• Draft market insights, regulatory updates and internal knowledge materials.
• Contribute to shared learning with clients and across the Konexo Financial Services team.

Quality & Risk Management

• Identify, manage and escalate delivery risks within programmes where appropriate.
• Apply sound judgement to regulatory and compliance challenges.
• Maintain consistently high standards of output and professionalism.

Skills and Experience

We are looking to speak to candidates who hold the following skills and experience:

• Experience in client-facing financial services, regulatory or compliance consultancy roles
• Exposure to conduct risk, financial crime or broader risk management environments
• Background in consulting or change
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work at pace across multiple workstreams
