About the Team
The position of Paralegal is within Eversheds Sutherland, Konexo, situated within the Legal Services department. Konexo meets the demand from in-house legal teams looking to outsource elements of their work. Konexo implementations are consulting led, which allows us to design end-to-end solutions to ensure effective delivery of legal services. We combine the technical expertise and resources of one of the world’s leading global law firms with excellence in management consultancy.
Within the team we employ professional lawyers, managers, operational process experts,
paralegals and technology experts - combining together in highly effective structures,
working with advanced technology.

The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join our Konexo Managed Legal Services team at Eversheds Sutherland. If you’re keen to expand your commercial knowledge, join a team of Legal, Technical and Operational specialists and contribute to revolutionising the legal services sector, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing matters in line with client’s contractual standards and playbooks
- Commercial contract reviews; contract drafting, reviewing and preparing contract variations
- Proof reading/cross referencing documentation
- Providing Paralegal support to clients, lawyers and fee earners
- Liaising with internal and external parties
- Assisting with continuous improvement of playbooks and process
Skills and experience:
We would love to speak to candidates who hold the following skills and experience:
- Experience of working as a paralegal either in private practice or in-house teams
- Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and prioritise work to meet SLAs
- Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences including clients and internal stakeholders
- Proactive in taking full responsibility for own workload
- Ability to effectively use knowledge and initiative to complete tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- An understanding of commercial contracts would be beneficial but not essential
