Our team
Our Company Secretarial team is a centre of excellence for governance and compliance, supporting clients ranging from listed companies to fast-growth businesses and investment funds. We deliver high-quality company secretarial and governance services, ensuring our clients meet their statutory and regulatory obligations while supporting their growth and strategic ambitions. Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a Company Secretary to join our team.

Role and key responsibilities:
This role involves:
- Managing a portfolio of Irish and international clients, delivering company secretarial and governance services.
- Overseeing statutory compliance, including annual filings, board support, and maintenance of statutory registers.
- Advising clients on corporate governance best practice, Companies Act requirements, and regulatory changes.
- Drafting and reviewing board and shareholder resolutions, minutes, and other governance documents.
- Supporting transactions such as incorporations, restructurings, and share capital changes.
- Liaising with clients, legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Providing Board meeting support to a range of clients including attending meetings and taking minutes.
- Contributing to business development, including client pitches and proposals.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance.
Skills and experience
We are looking for:
- ICSA/CGI qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Significant experience in a company secretarial or governance role, ideally within professional services.
- Strong technical knowledge of Irish company law and governance requirements.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Experience mentoring junior staff a plus.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- A “can do” attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues.
