The Interim Resourcing team within Konexo is an established player in the flexible legal staffing market. Created to meet client demand for interim legal, company secretarial, HR and compliance professionals, we provide access to consultant resource with the support of a globally branded law firm.
The Role
We have a wide variety of clients, from a range of sectors and industries such as financial services, TMT, consumer, healthcare and more, that trust Konexo to provide high quality, interim professionals. Clients are at the heart of what we do. An ability to think about client interest first and deliver to that, is a must.
Our recruitment team focus on finding and onboarding the best legal talent to join our Konexo community. As Resourcing Executive, you will build relationships with our existing community and use your knowledge of their skills and experience to deliver the right consultant for each opportunity that our client’s give us.
Success in this role means: building your expertise of relevant skillsets in the legal market, achieving consistently excellent client feedback, , and a higher conversion rate of opportunities leading to an increased number of placements. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and keen interest in the alternative legal services sector.
You will need to want a role where you can:
- Excel in verbal and written communications
- Work to KPIs and clear objectives
- Develop strong relationships with consultants, clients and teams and lawyers across the firm
- Focus on delivery and evidence successes
Key responsibilities
- Work with the Managing Director, Senior Manager and other Resourcing team members to respond to flexible staffing requests from clients, both internal and external
- Utilise our Global Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn ATS) to accurately track key data points in relation to consultants, clients, opportunities and placements
- Maintain an ongoing relationship with Konexo consultants to enable the team to make informed decisions when matching consultants to opportunities with clients of Konexo
- Management and scheduling of interviews for clients; ensuring each consultant receives a clear and informative brief pre-interview
- Work with the Operations Executive to support the processing of all documentation related to making a placement
Skills and experience
- Experience of supporting a busy recruitment team and/or administration within professional services is desirable, though an ability to demonstrate a keen interest in upskilling in this area will be considered
- Attention to detail: meticulously follow processes and ensure accuracy in all tasks
- Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and consultants
- Relationship building: keen interest in building and maintaining strong relationships within your network
- Client focus: experience or interest in a role where delivering exceptional client service is key
- Organisational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Problem solving abilities: ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Team collaboration: ability to work well within a team and contribute to team success
- Resilience: Ability to bounce back from setbacks, taking learning points to ensure future success
