Eversheds Sutherland’s leading corporate real estate team provides intelligent corporate real estate advice on a domestic and international level. Our service combines pragmatic commercial advice with award-winning technological innovations tailored to your needs.
Role and key responsibilities
This is a 9 month fixed term contract and daily responsibilities will include:
- Upload and update documents from zip folders onto HighQ sites
- Tag documents accurately according to registration status and internal protocols
- Liaise with the Legal Tech team to ensure smooth integration and functionality of Collaborate
- Maintain document integrity and version control across platforms
- Provide administrative support to the Real Estate team, including file management and data entry
- Assist with ad hoc tasks relating to document organisation and technology-driven processes
Skills and experience
We are looking for:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in a real estate team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with document management systems (HighQ or Collaborate would be a bonus)
- Proficient using Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology-driven workflows
- Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills
