The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Client Delivery Project Coordinator to support the delivery of key client projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal operations or project coordinator, or a paralegal with exposure to legal technology, who is looking to broaden their experience in a client-facing, delivery-focused role.

- Liaise directly with clients to support project delivery and maintain strong working relationships.
- Manage the collation, formatting and distribution of project documents.
- Track project timelines and deliverable, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support the onboarding of new matters and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and embed streamlined processes that enhance client service delivery.
Skills and experience
We are looking for:
- Experience in a paralegal, project coordination or legal operations role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.
- Demonstrable interest in legal technology and process improvement.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to build positive client and internal relationships with a flexible and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
