- Support the smooth delivery of a variety of learning and development (‘L&D’) programmes, working closely with the L&D, HR and Professional Support Lawyer teams
- Co-ordinate and proactively support key initiatives across the team’s portfolio for lawyers and business services teams, ensuring project plans are delivered, drafting and managing communications, co-ordinating activities both pre- and post- programme to ensure we deliver excellent learning solutions to the business
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the business, including senior partners and external providers, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Liaise with the HR Operations Learning Admin team to help set up courses and programmes on the Learning Management System, advising on reporting requirements and course set-up

- Keep learning materials and development frameworks up to date and well organised.
- Review feedback from programmes to help shape future improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support learning activities.
- Proactively coordinate events and communications for employees and partners.
- Respond to queries from internal teams and external training providers in a helpful and timely manner.
- Host and support virtual learning sessions, including the induction programme for new joiners.
- Look for ways to improve existing ways of working and make processes more efficient, contributing ideas to ensure we are delivering a quality experience for learners across the international business

We are looking for:
- Administration/coordination experience gained in an L&D role within a professional services environment.
- Excellent organisation skills with a methodical approach to managing conflicting priorities.
